Terms & Conditions 

Accept our Terms & Conditions to use our services. Submit the form and agree to pay our fees upon completing Dog Walks, Dog Visits or using our Pet Taxi service.

All dogs must be up to date with routine treatments, i.e. worming, flea and vaccination treatments. Kennel cough vaccination is also highly recommended.

Client Authorisation

"I" refers to the client.

• I agree to provide keys/arrange for keys to be available for I’m The Boss Dog Care for the dog walking/dog visit.
• I am solely responsible for any harm or damage caused by my dog while under the care of I'm The Boss Dog Care, and agree to indemnify I'm The Boss Dog Care against any liability arising from such harm or damage to third parties.
• I agree to cancel my booking if my dog is unwell so that it does not come into contact with other dogs. I will pay attention to any symptoms such as coughing, runny nose, vomiting or stomach issues.
• I authorise I’m The Boss Dog Care to obtain any emergency veterinary care necessary during the time spent with my dog. The care team will attempt to contact me before getting emergency care. I accept responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care. I also authorise I’m The Boss Dog Care to use an alternative vet if needed.
• I agree to reimburse I’m The Boss Dog Care for any additional fees for providing emergency care, as well as any expenses incurred for unexpected visits, transportation, parking, housing, food, or supplies.
• I agree that I'm The Boss Dog Care will charge for extra key drop-offs outside of a meet and greet at the rate of £7. I'm The Boss Dog Care will also charge for excessive waiting times for dog walking pick-ups and drop-offs at the rate of £7.
• I'm The Boss Dog Care offers services where dogs mingle in groups and walk in woodland/local parks, and I accept that my dog may sustain injuries during normal dog play. All dog play is carefully monitored to avoid any injury.
• I understand that I'm The Boss Dog Care will care for my dog as I would, and whilst they make every effort to ensure my pet is well looked after in my absence, I'm The Boss Dog Care cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside of the home whilst in their care.
• I understand that Bitches may not attend dog walks while in season or pregnant. I'm The Boss Dog Care reserves the right to refuse admission if these criteria are not met.
• I accept that even though my dog is vaccinated against Bordetella (Kennel Cough) there is a chance that my dog can still contract Kennel Cough. I agree that I will not hold I'm The Boss Dog Care responsible if my dog contracts Kennel Cough while attending.
• All dogs being exercised must be fully vaccinated and on a regular flea and worm control regime. I agree to take any necessary measures to ensure that my dog is continuously free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases.
• I agree to notify I'm The Boss Dog Care immediately of any infectious and/or contagious disease or conditions my dog has been exposed to or is affected by. Such diseases and conditions include, but are not limited to: Distemper, Hepatitis, Kennel Cough (Bordetella), Parvovirus, worms, Lyme disease, Fleas, Pregnancy, Infectious Skin Diseases and Intestinal Parasites. I'm The Boss Dog Care reserves the right to refuse the dog until satisfied that the condition is resolved.
• I agree to notify I’m The Boss Dog Care of any concerns within 24 hours of any bookings.
• I understand I must give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel any Dog Walking appointments and 48 hours' notice for Dog Visits or I’m The Boss Dog Care will collect the full amount.
• I understand that I'm The Boss Dog Care will invoice after the service. Payment is due within one week of the invoice. Regular bookings are billed in bulk at the end of the month.
• I agree that, by signing the terms and conditions, this will indemnify I'm The Boss Dog Care in full against any liability arising from loss or damage to the property or its contents, in present and future circumstances.
• I consent to I’m The Boss Dog Care using photographs of my dog for use in marketing, including website/social media sites/printed materials. I understand that I’m The Boss Dog Care will never sell copies/grant copyright to third parties without my consent. I'm The Boss Dog Care stores personal data for exclusive use and will not share it with any third party.
  

I’m The Boss Dog Care Responsibilities

• I’m The Boss Dog Care agrees to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable and trustworthy way. 
• I'm The Boss Dog Care will apply personal judgment and cut short a walk if necessary because of extreme weather conditions (example: heat, heavy rains, thunderstorms) for the safety of both the dogs and the walker. If walks are cut short for these reasons or any other circumstances (example: traffic issues causing a delay) then the dog will accrue credit, which will be added to future walks to make up for any time losses. 
• I’m The Boss Dog Care will not walk a dog in extreme heat above 25°C and will offer alternative services such as a Dog Visit or change the time of the walk to a cooler time.
  
• I’m The Boss Dog Care will not let any client’s dog off its lead unless off-leash consent has been given.
• I'm The Boss Dog Care will notify the client immediately if its dog has been exposed to another dog with any infectious and/or contagious disease. Such diseases and conditions include, but are not limited to: Distemper, Hepatitis, Kennel Cough (Bordetella), Parvovirus, Coronavirus, worms, Lyme disease, Fleas, Infectious Skin Diseases and Intestinal Parasites. I'm The Boss Dog Care reserves the right to refuse the dog until satisfied that the condition is resolved.
• I’m The Boss Dog Care shall not be held responsible for any damage to the client’s property, or that of others, caused by the client’s pets or other people with access to the property during the period in which they are in its care or in the future. 
• I’m The Boss Dog Care reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, at its sole discretion; likewise, clients may terminate this agreement at any time. 
• I’m The Boss Dog Care agrees and promises to love and care for your dog when you aren’t there.
